What size weddings can you accommodate?
Dismal River accommodates weddings of 20 to 150 guests. Capacity may vary based on event spaces, lodging needs, and the overall structure of the celebration. Our team will work with you to confirm the best fit.
Do you offer on-site lodging for wedding guests?
Yes. On-property lodging is available for wedding guests, allowing everyone to stay together throughout the celebration.
Can we host multiple events during the wedding stay?
Yes. Many couples choose to host additional gatherings such as welcome dinners or farewell brunches. Our team will help coordinate spaces and timing.
When are tours available?
Tours are available by appointment only.
Can we bring our own caterer?
No. Dismal River Club operates a full restaurant on property and serves as the exclusive caterer for all events.
Do you offer tastings?
Yes. Tastings are complimentary for two people with each wedding booking. Private tastings may be scheduled Wednesday–Friday between 2:00–4:00 p.m.
Do we have to use your preferred vendors?
No. While our preferred vendors are familiar with the property, couples are welcome to bring in outside vendors. All vendors must be licensed and/or insured.
