Dismal River Flight
Dismal River offers a private aircraft accommodating up to eight passengers, providing convenient travel for our members and their guests from across the country. Our custom Pilatus lands directly on our private grass airstrip—just minutes from the Clubhouse front door.

Commercial Air Travel
Prefer flying commercial? Dismal River is accessible via several nearby airports and easy drive times:
Denver (DEN): approximately a 5-hour drive to Dismal River
North Platte (LBF): fly Denver → North Platte, then approximately a 1.5-hour drive to Dismal River
Kearney (EAR): approximately a 2.5-hour drive to Dismal River
New nonstop option: Beginning April 30, 2026, travelers can fly nonstop between Chicago O’Hare (ORD) and Kearney (EAR) on United Express (United Airlines network) with daily round-trip service.
Motorcoach
Roll to the Sandhills like you’re in the lap of luxury. The motorcoach seats up to 14 comfortably with club chairs, sofas, a kitchenette with full size fridge, microwave, stove top, bathroom, flatscreen TVs, Wi-Fi, and a professional driver to make sure you get there and back safely and enjoying every minute of the minute.
